Broad Selection

The first thing I noticed at Minimus was their broad selection. If you read my intro page on the subject of travel toiletries kit supplies, you probably guessed that I’m partial to environmentally friendly and natural products. So, this was the first thing I looked for.

I was pretty impressed! Yes, I found all the typical or well-known brand-name travel and trial sized products at the site, but more importantly for me, I also found:

1) toothpaste without fluoride – in fact, more than one.

2) shampoos that were not tested on animals

3) alcohol-free wipes

4) natural cleansers for sensitive skin

5) deodorants that are aluminum and paraben free

I'm refraining from naming brand names here, because I don't want to step on anyone's toes. But, visit for yourself and you'll see a really nice selection. While I'm sure that no one company can please everyone, there really does seem to be something that most of us can use and enjoy!

Other Interesting Features

There were two other things that caught my eye here – one is that they are able to ship your order to have it meet you at your hotel or destination, and the other is that they talk about sending care packages to troops stationed overseas, and who might really appreciate these items. I really like that!

The company also mentions that people order some of their pre-made toiletries kits to donate to homeless shelters or to people who may be in need of such items.
