A Platinum (lifetime) private luxury membership through Global Resorts Network allows you years of savings all for a one-time membership fee. The lifetime membership is only $2,995 - a one-time payment. You will then enjoy wholesale rates at some of the most highly sought after destinations on earth. Rates for a 7-night stay at these luxury accommodations range from $298 per week for our "Hot Week" specials ($398/week for Gold [3-year] members), and have a cap of $799 per week (generally for the highest demand resort areas such as Hawaii at peak season) - and anywhere in between. Considering that these rates are per unit, and not per person, the savings are substantial. Also, you will not have any annual fees, maintenance fees, or similar fees often seen with timeshare ownership. Back to Top 8. Q. How soon will I receive my membership package and by what method will it arrive?
A. Membership packages are web based. No hard packages arrive by mail. You should receive an email notification of your username and password to log in within 72 hours after email confirmation. You will be given access to a user tutorial. Your membership should be activated within 10 days of Global Resorts Network's receipt of your payment. As a member, you will also be given access to a members-only telephone number if you prefer making your travel arrangements by telephone. Back to Top 9. Q. How far in advance do I need to give notice once I've chosen the resort week for my vacation? A. It is requested you give a 6 day notice. Back to Top 10. Q. Is this another membership where we have to wait to travel or send off certificates? A. Not at all. This is a full service travel agency. With your membership you have the ability to travel immediately without certificates to mail in, no black out dates, and no waiting. You can purchase the perfect vacation and travel now or schedule it months later. Membership purchases an enormous amount of inventory every year in advance which means when you see the vacation you want, buy it and it's yours. It's that simple. The customer service also allows you the convienience of selecting your own travel dates giving you the ultimate in service and selection. Back to Top 11. Q. What is the difference between Global Resorts Network (GRN) and your travel partner, Gold Crown Resort (GCR)? A. GRN is the marketing arm for the memberships, and I am an independent affiliate for GRN marketing these memberships. Gold Crown Resort is the company that actually delivers the travel product and services - the travel agency itself. When you purchase your membership, you will actually be making your reservations through Gold Crown Resort, which is 100% dedicated to this service. Back to Top
12. Q. Customer service is very important to me; if I need help or have questions about a particular resort, is there someone behind the scenes that can assist me? A. Customer service is available to answer any and all questions about your luxury vacation. In fact it's so important, each response is reviewed and checked to make sure that accurate information is given insuring all members get the best possible service. Back to Top 13. Q. What does it cost to become a member? 14. Q. If I purchase the Gold Membership and then decide to upgrade to a lifetime Platinum membership, can I do so?
15. Q. What if I purchase a membership, and change my mind? What are the refund policies? 16. Q. Is there a special way you have to request 2 or 3 bedrooms? We also have the live bookings area of the website, where members can also find larger accommodation sizes that may be available. This area of the website includes live inventory, and as such, this inventory changes from day to day. Our registry of resorts is our catalog, it depicts the unit sizes that are available in that particular area based on the contracted rates that we have received from our providers. In addition to the unit sizes listed in our registry we generally have larger units available through prime weeks. We cannot say what inventory will be available at any time due to the fact that contract negotiations can be long and laborious. Availability of larger units is determined by the available inventory for that area at that time. Since we depend on our resort providers to supply this inventory, which changes constantly, we cannot say what will or will not be available. We have provisions for members who need larger units in the form of prime weeks and inventory that can be found in the live bookings area. There are also areas where the contracted rates that we receive allow for the listing of larger units in our registry of resorts. Back to Top
17. Q. The Terms and Conditions state that stays extending past the standard 7 night 8 days must be made directly with the resort. Does this include a 2 week stay? If I have to deal directly with the resort to book a 2 week stay, will my purchase still be processed through the membership and include the discounted rates? 18. Q. Could you explain what is meant by "guest certificates", and how they work? Is this something that would allow me to book stays for people outside of my 5 member family? If so, would it require that I travel with them? 19. Q. Regarding where the Terms and Conditions state that the Member named in the confirmation must be present. If I purchase the membership, can both me and my wife be named members? Would my wife/husband be able to travel and check-in on her own without me?
20. Q. I am curious about how the booking process works, and at what point the vacation is 'ACCEPTED'. Specifically:
A. Gold Crown Response: Once a request is submitted, our Reservations Department proceeds with researching availability and additional information based on the instructions provided at the time of the request. Once we receive confirmation from the property, we proceed to send the member an offer in which will detail all pertinent information about the booking as well as additional information about the property and the amenities included. It is at the time of the offer that the member would need to determine whether they would like to ACCEPT or DECLINE our offer. If it is declined, we continue our search for alternate offers. If the offer is accepted, the member will be responsible for payment and the booking will be considered final, which means that it cannot be changed or cancelled at any time. Back to Top 21. Q. Are all extra fees charged by the resorts always available and disclosed up front (e.g. electricity surcharge, taxes, all-inclusive fees, etc.)? 22. Q. I'm ready to join! How do I place my order?
